The Hot 60 Fundamental Series is based on the original Bikram series of 26 postures with our own twist on things! This class will work the body head to toe, from the inside out. After the initial " Pranayama" breathwork, next 40 minutes is mostly standing, working through a number of Bikram original postures, including balancing, strengthening and standing asanas. The final 20 minutes is based down on the mat working through the floor series of postures before relaxing into savasana. This class has been designed to work 100% of your body and will leave you feeling awesome. This class is ideal for students new to hot yoga as it goes through all the fundamentals of breathwork and a range of amazing postures ( asanas) to demonstrate the correct alignment and techniques to complete the class safely and with a huge feeling of achievement.
