B Free Hot Yoga is a more fluid class where your teacher will guide you in the direction they feel works for that session. The opening will emulate our Hot 60 Fundamental series, with breathwork and warm up stretching to prepare the body for the practice. This will then progress into an intuitively led class focusing on posture and alignment, with flowing sequences. This is a great class to move onto after the Hot 60 Funatamental series. A full body workout and lots of fun. Expect something different from each teacher and each class so come and find your freedom flow!
