Hot Yoga Studio
Warm Yin Yoga is a calm and meditative yoga practice. Using your breath, holding still and relaxing into asanas (poses) for up to 5 minutes, the body's deep connective tissues and joints are targeted unlike in any other yoga practice. We will provide bolsters, blocks and straps which are there to support your practice and make the poses accessible for everyone. This style of yoga compliments the very yang style of life that we are used to and is a great way to calm the mind.
The studio is
not fully heated for this class but will still sit at around 30 degrees. For
the final 15 minutes of this class the heat will gradually rise as the room is
prepared for the following hot session.
