Hot Yoga 60 is based on the original Bikram series of 26 postures with our own twist on things! This class will work the body head to toe, from the inside out. The first 40 minutes is mostly standing working through a pranayama breathing exercise and then into balancing, strengthening and standing asanas. The final 20 minutes is based down on the mat working through the floor series of postures before relaxing into savasana. This class has been designed to work 100% of your body and will leave you feeling awesome.
