Slow Flow is
your hour to start the day moving slowly & mindfully and really connect mind, body &
breath. This class will include slow-tempo sun salutations leading into a
sequence of postures to stretch and strengthen the whole body. You will hold the
poses a little longer than our other Rise & Flow class to really let the body
benefit and give the mind a time-out. This is the perfect class if you are new
to flow yoga.
