Add a JUMPBOARD class to your established Reformer repertoire and enjoy the benefits of a higher cardio-focussed workout involving low-impact plyometric movements.
The Jumpboard attaches to the Reformer bed and allows you to replicate the cardio benefits of jumping whilst laying down. Expect to be jumping, bouncing, kicking and pressing with your legs but also expect upper body exercises, all of which will test your co-ordination and core control to the max.
Movements are designed to put your muscles under fatigue so expect to sweat and feel your legs burning!
Level | Not for first timers. Make sure you are familiar with the Reformer and have attended some Mixed Level classes before.
Duration | 50 minutes
Grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer classes due to health & safety & hygiene reasons.
