Yang to Yin Yoga is a hybrid class beginning with a 30-minute energising vinyasa flow followed by a gentle 30-minutes of yin yoga & deep stretching. Get the heart pumping and the body warmed up in the first half of class and then let go and allow the body to completely unwind in the second half...the best of both worlds!
