REFORMER | Power

Power  classes will give you a complete full body workout that will make you sweat! Expect to perform multiple reps and sets movements both on and off the Reformer machine that will challenge each muscle group and leave you feeling like you've had a strong workout. You may use equipment such as the jump-board, Pilates rings, hand-weights and of course the resistance springs of the reformer beds themselves, which can be adjusted to provide more burn!


LEVEL | We suggest you have attended at least a couple of Mixed Level classes first but regressions will be provided as needed. 
DURATION | 50 minutes

 

Grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer classes due to health & safety & hygiene reasons.
