Fusion is a bit of everything! It's a hot, music based class that will leave your abs, arms & glutes on fire! After some breathwork and initial stretching to prepare your body, we progress to a 15 minute energising vinyasa flow, moving into 15 minutes of Pilates-inspired core work, followed by15 minutes of Sculpt (using 1kg hand weights which are optional) and ending with a 15 minute yin style deep stretch. A full body workout experience following the principles of yoga throughout.
